Before going to the therapist, I purchased this e-book with the hope that I could know about the treatment before going into treatment. Well, just by reading the book prior to treatment did not help me much...but as soon as I had my first experience, then the next, and the next, I came to understand the content of the book and began to learn as I go. Would definitely recommend this book for anyone who wishes to learn about this wonderful treatment,
